Shipping Information
NORTH AMERICA, for shipments greater than 150 pounds but less than 10,000 pounds, we have negotiated rate discounts with all of the major less-than-truckload trucking companies and we pass their discounts on to you, our customer! We will provide you with an estimate of shipping charges when your order is placed. You may elect to pay the exact shipping charges to the driver at time of delivery or we will add the shipping fees to your invoice. Small orders will ship prepaid via UPS or FedEx.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:We ship freight collect to the nearest port or direct to your door. We will obtain a shipping estimate for you, however, we are unable to tell you what duties, VAT, or other fees may apply. DHL, UPS-SCS and FedEx Trade Networks are licensed customs brokers, however, we will work with any international freight forwarder and customs broker you nominate.
