OH MY GOODNESS!, it was well worth the wait (for the pictures on your website). You guys are so gracious to have put the whole basement on the web. I can't thank you enough and it would be my honor to be your design consult should you need me. A great bit of the thankfulness should also go to my husband who made sure his $'s could finance the dream and I thank you all at "Bars&Booths" for making it happen. I designed a lot of things but this by far was the most awesome and again without all of you it could not have been done. Becky, Debbie and of course my buddy and bar creator Gene and the rest of the staff are awesome and I'm looking forward to a continued relationship with "Bars&Booths" and selling your bars etc. to more happy customers. Our families have planned and have had thus far many weekends of movies and events and just tell us to be there, they truly love it. Our evenings home from work and weekends are spent in the "Blue Heaven". I will keep you updated on the finishing of the "Blue Heaven" as I put your retro frig, and banquette to help finish it up (I will be ordering them shortly). Again the pleasure was all ours. Just wanted to send some pictures of our finished Kitchen "FINALLY"! The pub table, chairs & small end table were all purchased back in March 2007. The table tops were finished in the Red Ebony Boomerang Laminate. I also purchased additional Red Ebony Boomerang Laminate and did the window frame & sill. The pub chairs were all the American Beauty B1T3B. We are very happy with our decision to purchase our furniture from BITW. It is all very high quality. Thanks for the great furniture! "Got the booth today, we are incredibly happy with it. It is beautiful. Had the neighbors over, they couldn’t believe it, wanted chocolate malteds to test it out. I told them we already tested it out with banana splits! Workmanship and materials really top notch. Sandi has the table all decked out with her collectable Jadite restaurant wear. We went out and bought one of those wire things that holds the salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard squirt bottles and she found a menu from a ‘50s diner so that is stuck on the little wire condiment holder, you know - that little loop on top. Well I just want to let you know that I received my merchandise today, and I am floored. The stuff you sent was packaged to the hilt. The movers said that whoever packaged the merchandise did an exceptional job. I want to thank you for that. But, the best part was still to come. The product I paid for is a cut ABOVE superior. It is fantastic. Everything Becky and Barbara said is true. "I indeed am thrilled with my purchase." The Wurlitzer 1015 is beautifully restored. It is a marvel that something 60 years old can be made to look and function so well. Simply amazing. My wife keeps insisting that the Vendo 56 you restored is truly NOT, but is in fact a new machine, recently fabricated in some plant back east. She, as well as myself, are astonished that it is so beautiful. Again a superb restoration. My wife also loves the dinette set. In fact she made me set it up immediately so she could serve dinner to our son who was coming over. It is well constructed and was are extremely pleased with it. I didn't really know what to expect, but it is everything that was promised. Again thank you. So in in the end all my worries were unfounded. You business is top notch and everything you say is true. You people are true masters of your craft. From the bottom of my heart thank you for being in business. As soon as I replenish my fun money account I will be in for more!

The furniture has arrived and it is absolutely awesome. We love it and it is much better than we thought it would be, it is much bigger and more robust than we thought, it should last us a lot of years, even with a 6 year old in the house. I will send you photos when we have installed it in our kitchen, but at the moment we are still decorating. I can't thank you enough for your customer service, there are a few shops in England that could learn a lesson or two!! The furniture is all intact and none of it is damaged and Bax Global delivered it door to door for very little extra cost. I have saved approximately £1000 by buying the furniture from you in America, rather than getting a retailer in England to do it for me. Once again, thank you very much for the service you have provided, I would recommend it to anyone.

I must take a couple of minutes out of my busy day to let you know how impressed I am with your company. I purchased a Cavalier 96 vending machine last year and recently needed to replace the light bulbs in the white "Coke" sign. I called last Wednesday to ask for some assistance and Ben was very pleasant and transferred me over to Carlos (I think his name was Carlos, I apologize if I am wrong) who refurbishes the machines. Carlos talked me through the task and even gave me his cell phone number in case I got stuck. Oh, by the way we love our vending machine and feel free to use any part of the email as advertising.

Hi! My name is Mark McKenzie and I ordered a Deco booth from you last year. I just wanted to write you and let you know how happy I am with it. Nearly a year has passed and I am still in awe of it. The construction could not have been better and the table is incredibly sturdy. I had to take the seats out and fill the bottom of the benches with weights to keep them from moving around, but other than that I honestly cannot find a single fault with it. It was a lot of money and I nearly didn't purchase it because of the cost, but I now feel it was worth every penny! Everyone always oohs and ahhs when they come in and see it, and when they come a little closer and see the boomerang design of the table they ooh and ahh more. I want to pass along a special thank you to Becky for talking me into the ebony color for the table! You were right, Becky, it is a much richer color and it really puts a nice finish on the entire booth! I just wanted to let you all know that even after a year has passed I couldn't be happier with my purchase. In my opinion you have a company you can be proud of and you make a quality product that has made this customer very satisfied.
