They allowed us to open and found everything in good shape. We love the booth; haven't put the table together yet...It's heavy and think we'll wait till we get back from vacation and have my son help.

The furniture arrived yesterday and it is gorgeous!!! I am SO pleased with it. I can't wait to see it in my garage! We are headed up to our cottage today, so I will be able to take some pictures for you. It's going to look awesome!!!

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the packaging of the furniture. It was in boxes, shrink wrapped on a pallet! The table top was boxed with a wood frame built around the four sides. Again, thank you so much for all of your help and guidance...........it's beautiful.

Just a quick note to thank you for your fantastic and always courteous customer service. We just love, love, love our new booth! The cats are being good with it, and have snuggled up in it with no problems. Thank you again.

It has been so busy and thought I need to get an e-mail out to you no matter what hits my desk today.  The furniture is beautiful and everyone loves it. It is comfortable and looks great.  What a beautiful product you sell. People now want to add napkin holders, salt & pepper shakers, etc. I am telling them if they want to open the restaurant please feel free to do so but you will have to buy the supplies, food, funny drinks, and dont forget to hire the staff too).  I am putting up the decor now and will take pictures once we have a couple walls painted an accent color.

My table and chair order arrived today and they look great. No, not great-fantastic! Talk about a "wow" factor. My room has come alive with the orange and blue chairs. And the table has just the right amount of subtlety that makes it just right. I can tell just by taking the chairs out of the box, by their heaviness, that this is quality stuff-not that I didn't know that anyways :) I had a friend of mine help me bring the table up to my apartment and even he commented, once everything was unpackaged, how everything felt heavy ie., good, material and workmanship.

I just want to send you a quick note to let you know that we received our pub table and stool and we absolutely LOVE it! It arrived on Friday (1/29) and we assembled it and used it that night.  We are all very impressed with its quality, ease of assembly and, of course, its appearance. Even the packaging was top notch.  So thanks again for all of your assistance (and patience) in selecting the right stool color and table top (the samples were a huge help...the red seats are perfect and the ebony boomerang table top looks great.) We definitely made the right choices and appreciate all of your help.

Dear Becky, The beautiful retro table and chairs arrived yesterday afternoon and I took a few photos for you so you could see how well the color of the cushions match the wall in our "dining nook." You did an excellent job of describing the swatches!!!

My husband loves the table as it is low enough for his height. Also, the 2" cushions are very comfortable for him and the back cushion just cradles his 89-year-old back. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

OH MY GOODNESS!, it was well worth the wait (for the pictures on your website). You guys are so gracious to have put the whole basement on the web. I can't thank you enough and it would be my honor to be your design consult should you need me. I designed a lot of things but this by far was the most awesome and again without all of you it could not have been done. The table tops were finished in the Red Ebony Boomerang Laminate. I also purchased additional Red Ebony Boomerang Laminate and did the window frame & sill. Good Morning, I cannot believe the price of these. I just love it for it's beauty and so does everyone else. I had also bought a bar and stools for my daughter for Christmas that year. It is still being enjoyed and is a great hit in her game room. Thanks for carrying great products and for being so reliable.

Got the booth today, we are incredibly happy with it. It is beautiful. Had the neighbors over, they couldnt believe it, wanted chocolate malteds to test it out. I told them we already tested it out with banana splits! Workmanship and materials really top notch. Sandi has the table all decked out with her collectable Jadite restaurant wear. We went out and bought one of those wire things that holds the salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard squirt bottles and she found a menu from a 50s diner so that is stuck on the little wire condiment holder, you know - that little loop on top. Anyway, thanks again. We will try to send you some business from our neighborhood.

Just a note to let you know I still love the bar, credenza, and back bar you built for me last year (Richards Retro Room in your website photos). It still looks as good as the day I got it and all my visitors are amazed by the whole room. I hope to get to Charles Town sometime soon, as I know youll have something in your store I wont be able to resist.

Well, it's been a lot of work, and we are just about finished with the downstairs. I can't call it a basement anymore. There's too much money invested in "Chuck's Diner". Plus we also put in an exercise room, and a media room is adjacent to the "diner". I must tell you that we have received so many compliments on your furniture! The quality is the best, and you were a pleasure to work with. We designed it for a "wow" factor and for lots of conversation ...I think we succeeded.

Well I just want to let you know that I received my merchandise today, and I am floored. The stuff you sent was packaged to the hilt. The movers said that whoever packaged the merchandise did an exceptional job. I want to thank you for that. But, the best part was still to come. The product I paid for is a cut ABOVE superior. It is fantastic. Everything Becky and Barbara said is true. "I indeed am thrilled with my purchase." The Wurlitzer 1015 is beautifully restored. It is a marvel that something 60 years old can be made to look and function so well. Simply amazing. My wife keeps insisting that the Vendo 56 you restored is truly NOT, but is in fact a new machine, recently fabricated in some plant back east. She, as well as myself, are astonished that it is so beautiful. Again a superb restoration. My wife also loves the dinette set. In fact she made me set it up immediately so she could serve dinner to our son who was coming over. It is well constructed and was are extremely pleased with it. I didn't really know what to expect, but it is everything that was promised. Again thank you. So in in the end all my worries were unfounded. You business is top notch and everything you say is true. You people are true masters of your craft. From the bottom of my heart thank you for being in business. As soon as I replenish my fun money account I will be in for more!

The furniture has arrived and it is absolutely awesome. We love it and it is much better than we thought it would be, it is much bigger and more robust than we thought, it should last us a lot of years, even with a 6 year old in the house. I will send you photos when we have installed it in our kitchen, but at the moment we are still decorating. I can't thank you enough for your customer service, there are a few shops in England that could learn a lesson or two!! The furniture is all intact and none of it is damaged and Bax Global delivered it door to door for very little extra cost. I have saved approximately 1000 by buying the furniture from you in America, rather than getting a retailer in England to do it for me. Once again, thank you very much for the service you have provided, I would recommend it to anyone.

Everything is all put together, and I couldn't be happier in how the set turned out! I've attached a few pictures - my lack of digital photo skills doesn't do the picture justice, as the color is rich, vibrant, and sleek. My wife is now starting to talk about the Coke machine too, so that tells me that she's as enthused as I am as to how the finished product fits into our condo. I must take a couple of minutes out of my busy day to let you know how impressed I am with your company. I purchased a Cavalier 96 vending machine last year and recently needed to replace the light bulbs in the white "Coke" sign. I called last Wednesday to ask for some assistance and Ben was very pleasant and transferred me over to Carlos (I think his name was Carlos, I apologize if I am wrong) who refurbishes the machines. Carlos talked me through the task and even gave me his cell phone number in case I got stuck. Oh, by the way we love our vending machine and feel free to use any part of the email as advertising.

Hi! My name is Mark McKenzie and I ordered a Deco booth from you last year. I just wanted to write you and let you know how happy I am with it. Nearly a year has passed and I am still in awe of it. The construction could not have been better and the table is incredibly sturdy. I had to take the seats out and fill the bottom of the benches with weights to keep them from moving around, but other than that I honestly cannot find a single fault with it. It was a lot of money and I nearly didn't purchase it because of the cost, but I now feel it was worth every penny! Everyone always oohs and ahhs when they come in and see it, and when they come a little closer and see the boomerang design of the table they ooh and ahh more. I want to pass along a special thank you to Becky for talking me into the ebony color for the table! You were right, Becky, it is a much richer color and it really puts a nice finish on the entire booth! I just wanted to let you all know that even after a year has passed I couldn't be happier with my purchase. In my opinion you have a company you can be proud of and you make a quality product that has made this customer very satisfied.
